At Leonie & Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day refund policy under the following conditions.

You may request a refund within 30 days of the date you received your order. After 30 days, refund requests will not be accepted.

Conditions for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Not showing signs of wear or damage from customer use

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact us at supportleonieco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the refund. We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

Refund Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Custom or personalized items
• Clearance or final sale items
• Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Items purchased on promotional codes or discounts over 50%

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error. Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
